Nigerian leaders; myopic?

It is no longer news that an unexamined mind is not worth living while i will say that an uneducated mind is an empty mind. So, in lieu of this, one would expect a sensitive, sensible and action oriented government to invest heavily in education since that is the way by which the future of the future generation and indeed the country can be set on the right path. it is on this note that the United Nations advised countries to dedicate some sizeable chunk of their budjt to education. Howecver , Nigeria is a defaulter here as the GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS has mentioned Nigeria as the country that allocates the lowest amount to education in the world. The industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU)has passed a month now, yet, the government is not in the least concerned, or let me say pretends to be concerned by the plight of the Lecturers in our ivory towers. The  government is unconcerned about ASUU and the students because they do not know where the shoe pinches. Their children do not attend the GLORIFIED SECONDARY SCHOOLS CALLED UNIVERSITIES.their children attend ivy league school, sponsored with stolen money;tax payers money.    The health sector is no exception. Doctors are threatening to go on strike and all they are asking for from government is for government to upgrade Hospitals from DEATH FASTENING CENTRES to LIFE SAVING CENTRES. No wonder the ruling class and thier family travel abroad just to treat  Headache. What am i saying? the Nigerian ruling class are a heartless set of people who are only pretend to love the masses by thier words but who in action do not. They want we the poor to die in numbers so that the world can be for them only.   Anyway, i only pray that this strike is called off because i am growing old and my mates are getting married. if not , i would enrol in a private Universities belonging to one of my oppressors. yes, they are spoiling the public education sector so that we can run to their own private institutions. ROBBING PETER TO PAY PAUL U WOULD SAY!!!
